Voulenteer Opportunities

A mirror is an volunteer who follows the movements of the yoga teacher during our yoga session so that the students have a visual for all poses.  Some Yoga experience is preferred, but not mandatory. You can volunteer for the age children that interest you and you can be sure we will help you make your experience fulfilling and full of smiles and awe. As a mirror, you have the opportunity to participate in a Foundation Kids Yoga Training as well as being able to experience first-hand student transformations and our fun organization.
